Offender deemed to be lawfully released from Belize

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other enactment, rule, regulation, or judgment or order of any court, an offender transferred to the United Mexican States in accordance with the Agreement shall be deemed to have been lawfully released from Belize from any sentence imposed upon him.
