Offender deemed to be in lawful custody in Belize

An offender transferred to Belize under the Agreement shall, unless otherwise dealt with in accordance with the Agreement, be deemed to be in lawful custody for the crime for the duration of the period for which he is required to serve his sentence in Belize.
