Guatemala extradition regulated

The extradition of fugitive criminals between Belize and the Republic of Guatemala shall be as directed in accordance with– (a) an Order in Council of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria made on the 26th day of November 1886, giving effect to a treaty between Her Majesty and the President of the Republic of Guatemala signed at Guatemala on the 4th day of July 1885, and published in the Gazette on the 22nd January 1887; (b) the Extradition Acts; and (c) this Act.
