Confiscation and destruction of pornographic material
Cap. 108:02, s. 16 · Revised Edition 2020
Where a person is arrested for an offence under this Act,
all items or any material depicting child pornography shall be confiscated and forfeited and such pornographic material shall be destroyed after the prosecution of the offence.
