Regulations

Cap. 108:01, s. 52 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Minister responsible for human development may make Regulations for any purpose which gives effect to the object of this Act. (2) Any regulations made pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be subject to negative resolution.
