Additional penalties in relation to a body corporate

Where a body corporate or its officer, director or agent has been convicted of an offence under this Act, the court shall Trafficking In Persons (Prohibition) [CAP. 108:01 21 have the power, in addition to the power to impose the penalty prescribed for the stated offence, to– (a) order that body corporate to be wound up; (b) order that the business licence of that body corporate be revoked; and (c) prohibit that body corporate from performing any further activities.
