Trafficking in children for adoption

A person who engages in the adoption or facilitates the adoption of a child for the purpose of trafficking in persons, commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment, to Trafficking In Persons (Prohibition) [CAP. 108:01 17 a fine of five hundred thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of ten years or to both.
