Sexual harassment at institutions

Cap. 107, s. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

No person who is a member of staff or in a position of authority at an institution shall harass sexually a person who is a student or an inmate or ward at that institution or is seeking admission to that institution as a student, ward or inmate.
