No liability for service provider

(1) A service provider or a user of the service provider’s service, shall not be deemed a publisher or speaker of any information that is provided by another service provider or user. (2) A service provider or user shall not be liable for– (a) any action taken to enable or make available to a subscriber or user, the technical means to restrict access to any material described under paragraph (b); or (b) any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material which the service provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable, whether or not the material is constitutionally protected.
