Prevention Of Corruption Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 62 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID MUSA, Prime Minister, do hereby appoint the 6th day of February, 2008 as the day when the said Act shall come into force.
