Commission and staff to be immune

Subject to section 8 of this Act, no action shall lie against the Commission, its staff or any person acting under 48 Prevention of Corruption the direction of the Commission, for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith and in the administration or discharge of any functions, duties or powers under this Act.
