Powers of investigation authorized by the Commissioner of Police

The Commissioner of Police may, by Order, authorize the Chairperson or the Special Investigator to the Commission, or any other person deemed fit, to exercise, in the case of an offense under this Act, all or any of the powers in relation to police investigations given under the law.
