Powers of Tribunal

In conducting an inquiry under section 15, a Tribunal shall have and exercise the powers of a Commission of Inquiry, under the Commissions of Inquiry Act, Cap. 127 except that, (a) the proceedings shall be held in private; and (b) the form of summons for the attendance of witnesses or other persons or production of documents may be as prescribed in Part II of the Third Schedule.
