Resignation of appointed member

Money Laundering And Terrorism (Prevention) (National Anti-Money Laundering Committee) Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020

An appointed member may resign by giving written notice to the Minister and a resignation is effective on receipt of the notice by the Minister or the date specified in the notice, whichever is the later.
