Attempts, aiding and abetting, conspiracy

Any person who attempts or who aids, abets, counsels, or procures the commission of, or who conspires to commit, the offence of money laundering or terrorism commits an offence and is liable to the same penalties as prescribed for money laundering and terrorism in sections 4 and 5, as the case may be.
