Registration of restraining order

(1) A copy of a restraining order which affects land in Belize shall be registered with the Registrar of Lands. CAP. 194. (2) A restraining order is of no effect with respect to registered land unless it is registered as a caution under the Registered Land Act. CAP. 194. (3) Where particulars of a restraining order are registered under the Registered Land Act as a caution, a person who subsequently deals with the property shall, for the purposes of section 131 of that Act be deemed to have notice of the order at the time of the dealing.
