Appeal against forfeiture

(1) Any party to proceedings in which an order is made under section 38(7) for the forfeiture of the property who is aggrieved by the order may appeal to the Supreme Court. (2) An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made within the period of 30 days commencing on the date on which the order is made. (3) An appeal under sub-section (1) is to be by way of a rehearing and the Supreme Court may make any order that it considers appropriate.
