Inspection of facilities
Misuse Of Drugs (Industrial Hemp) Regulations, reg. 8 · Revised Edition 2020
A field or facility registered under regulation 6 shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by officers of the Belize Agricultural Health Authority and the Belize Police Department to ensure compliance with these Regulations.
