Research licence

(1) A person desiring to conduct research on industrial hemp shall apply for a licence in the form prescribed in Schedule IV. Schedule IV. (2) An applicant under subregulation (1) shall disclose– (a) the purpose of the research; (b) length of time of research; (c) amount, in pounds, of seeds to be tested annually; (d) the acreage under production (if applicable); (e) intended date of commencement of production; and (f) any other relevant information required.
