Form of violation ticket

(1) A violation ticket that is issued by an authorised officer, shall be– (a) in the form prescribed in Schedule II; and Schedule II. (b) prepared in duplicate. (2) The Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry responsible for narcotics control shall be responsible for printing, supplying and distributing all violation tickets.
