Further powers to make Regulations

The Minister may by regulations make provision– (a) for excluding in such cases as may be prescribed the application of any provision of this Act which creates an offence; (b) for the application of any provisions of this Act or regulations or orders thereunder to servants or agents of the Government of Belize, subject to such exceptions, adaptations and modifications as may be prescribed; (c) for the disposal or destruction of controlled drugs seized or forfeited under this Act, whether or not under a court order.
