General provision

If a foreign State requests a form of assistance not specifically mentioned in this Act but available under the laws of Belize for domestic criminal matters, the assistance sought may be provided, unless declined by the central authority in accordance with section 10, to the same extent and under the same conditions as would be available to law enforcement authorities of Belize in a domestic criminal matter.
