Forwarding information or items to requesting State

(1) Where the central authority obtains any information under sections 20 or 22 or causes a person to forfeit any item or seizes any item under sections 25 or 26, he shall keep such information or such item forfeited or seized confidential other than for purposes of forwarding to the requesting State. (2) The central authority may forward or provide any item forfeited or seized under sections 25 or 26 to the requesting State after twenty days of the date of receipt of such item.
