Duty to notify competent authority

(1) A reporting financial institution that has reporting obligations under this Part shall notify the competent authority of that fact. (2) A reporting financial institution shall provide the notification under sub-section (1) no later than 30th April in the first calendar year in which the reporting financial institution is required to comply with reporting obligations under this Part.
