Inconsistent Laws

(1) For the purposes of this Part, the Agreement and the Standard shall have the force of law in Belize and shall be used to guide the process of automatic exchange of financial account Mutual Administrative Assistance (2) In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Part, MCAA and the Standard, and the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this Part, MCAA, and the Standard shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
