Operation of Act

(1) Nothing in this Act derogates from existing forms, or prevents the development of other forms, of co-operation, whether formal or informal, in respect of criminal matters between Belize and the United States of America. (2) Nothing in this Act authorizes the extradition or arrest or detention with a view to extradition, of any person. CAP. 4.
