Consultation by applicants for injunctions

(1) Before applying for an injunction under section 5B, the applicant shall comply with the consultation requirement. (2) The consultation requirement is that the applicant shall consult– (a) the Commissioner of Police; and Crime Control and Criminal Justice[CAP. 102 31 (b) any other body or individual that the applicant considers it appropriate to consult.
