Penal System Reform (Alternative Sentences)[CAP. 102:01 3 1. Short title. 2. Commencement of Chapter 102:01. 4 Act 41 of 2001. [19th October, 2002.] 1. This Order may be cited as the Commencement of Chapter 102:01. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 34 of the Penal System Reform (Alternative Sentences) Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling BALDERAMOS GRARCIA, Minister responsible for Human Development, DO HEREBY APPOINT the 20th day of September, 2002, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
