Duration of Community Service Orders

A community service order shall remain in force against an offender until, (a) the offender has performed the work required under it for the number of hours specified in it; or (b) the expiration of twelve months commencing from the date of the making of the order; or (c) where the order is extended under section 20(1) (a)(i) of this Act, the expiration of the order as so extended; or (d) the Order is revoked under section 18, 19 or 20 of this Act, whichever occurs first.
