Notice of Order and supervision of offender

(1) A court which makes a community service order, (a) shall forthwith give a copy of the order to the offender and send a copy to the Director; (b) shall specify in the order a place at which, and a time when and within which, the offender shall present himself for the purpose of enabling the administration of the order to commence. (Alternative Sentences) 21 (2) The Director shall ensure that a copy of the order sent to him under subsection (1)(a) of this section is supplied to the offender’s supervising Community Rehabilitation Officer.
