Duration and requirements of Community Service Order

(1) The community service order shall be performed for a period not exceeding one year (twelve calendar months), and in any one week during the life of the order, the offender shall not, (a) work for more than eight hours a day; or (b) work on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public or bank holiday. (2) The community service order shall contain such requirements and conditions to be complied with by the offender during the life of the order as the court may consider necessary for the supervision of the offender.
