Rape defined

(1) Rape is the penetration of a person's mouth, vagina or anus, with a penis, without that person's consent. (2) It is hereby declared that if at a trial for rape the jury has to consider whether a man believed that a person was consenting to the penetration by his penis, the presence or absence of reasonable grounds for such a belief is a matter to which the jury is to have regard, in conjunction any other relevant matters, in considering whether he so believed. 71
