Procuring defilement of a person by threats or fraud or administration of drugs

Every person whodrugs. (a) by threats of intimidation or any other method of compulsion, procures or attempts to procure another person to engage in any sexual activity with any person, either within or outside of Belize; or (b) by false pretense or false representation procures any person to engage in unlawful sexual intercourse or any sexual activity with any person either within or outside of Belize; or (c) intentionally administers a substance to or causes a substance to be taken by any person knowing that the person does not consent and with the of stupefying or overpowering the person, so as to enable that person to engage in unlawful sexual intercourse or any sexual activity that involves that person, commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.
