Falsification, etc., of votes, etc

Every person who forges or falsifies, or unlawfully and intentionally injures or destroys any voting paper or other similar thing, or unlawfully and intentionally injures or destroys any ballot box, polling booth or other apparatus or thing used for the purposes of a public election, shall be liable to imprisonment for two years.
