Unlawful voting

Every person who votes or offers to vote at a public election at which he knows that he is not entitled so to vote, or in respect of a qualification in respect of which he knows that he is not entitled so to vote, shall be liable on conviction, on indictment or otherwise, to imprisonment for six months. etc.
