Contempt of judicial orders

Every person who being bound by law to obey any order, warrant, summons or process made or issued by any court or magistrate, wilfully neglects without reasonable excuse to obey the same in any material particular shall, without prejudice to any other punishment or penalty provided by law, be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for three months.
