Aiding escape of prisoner of war

Every person who– (a) intentionally and unlawfully aids or permits the escape of prisoner of war shall be liable to imprisonment for ten years; (b) negligently and unlawfully permits the escape of a prisoner of war shall be liable to imprisonment for two years.
