Armed force against the Government

Every person who prepares or endeavours by armed force, or the show of armed force, to procure an alteration in the Government or laws, or to resist the execution of the laws, or to compel the Governor-General, or any member of the National Assembly or the Cabinet, or any person in command of any Naval, Military or Air Forces, or of any peace officers, to do or to abstain from doing any act of a public or official character, shall be liable to imprisonment for life.
