Rescue, Escape and Compounding of Crime

(1) This Code comes into operation on the 1st day of October, 1981. Criminal Code 19 (2) The Criminal Code, Chapter 21 of the Revised Laws 1958 is repealed with effect from the 1st day of October, 1981.
