Sections and Schedules
Cap. 1, s. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Every section of an Act shall have effect as substantive Sections and enactment without introductory words.
(2) Every Schedule to or table in any Act and any notes to such Schedule or table shall be construed and have effect as part of such Act.
