Seal

Where any Act constitutes any board, tribunal, commission, committee, or similar body to be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, then such common seal shall be affixed by the Chairperson of such board, tribunal, commission, committee or similar body, or by any member thereof appointed by the Chairperson for that purpose and shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson or such member.
